COUNTY MANAGEMENT (JOINT BODIES) (NO. 2) ORDER, 1960. The Minister for Local Government in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 8 of the County Management Act, 1940 (No. 12 of 1940), hereby orders as follows:— 1. The manager for any joint body whose name appears in the first column of the Schedule to this Order shall be the county manager for the county specified in the second column of the said Schedule opposite to the name of such joint body in the said first column. 2. This Order may be cited as the County Management (Joint Bodies) (No. 2) Order, 1960.
