HARBOUR AUTHORITIES (LABOUR MEMBERS) ORDER, 1960. I, ERSKINE H. CHILDERS, Minister for Transport and Power, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection
(4)of section 7 of the Harbours Act, 1946 (No. 9 of 1946), and the Transport, Fuel and Power (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order, 1947 ( S.I. No. 125 of 1959 ), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Harbour Authorities (Labour Members) Order, 79(i0. 2. The organisation specified in column
(3)of the Schedule to this Order at any reference number (being an organisation representative of labour interests) is hereby declared to be the organisation which shall appoint the labour members of the harbour authorities specified in column
(2)of that Schedule opposite the mention of that organisation. 3. The Harbours Act (Labour Members) Order, 1946 ( S.I. No. 166 of 1946 ), is hereby revoked. SCHEDULE. Ref. No. Harbour Authority Organisation
