I CAOIMHGHÍN Ó BEÓLÁIN, Aire Cosanta, in exercise of the power conferred on me by subsection
(2)of section 10 of the Air-Raid Precautions Act, 1939 (No. 21 of 1939), hereby order as follows : 1.
(1)This Order may be cited as the Air-Raid Precautions (Cesser of Certain Scheduled Urban Areas) Order, 1960.
(2)This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of April,
- 2.—It is hereby declared that the areas specified in the Schedule to this Order shall cease to be scheduled urban areas for the purposes of Part II of the Air-Raid Precautions Act, 1939 (No. 21 of 1939).
