No. 108 of 1961. LIMERICK HEALTH AUTHORITY AREA (DISPENSARY DISTRICTS) ORDER, 1961. The Minister for Health in exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection
(2)of section 51 of the Health Act, 1953 (No. 26 of 1953) hereby orders as follows :—
- This Order may be cited as the Limerick Health Authority Area (Dispensary Districts) Order,
- The division of that part of the functional area of the Limerick Health Authority consisting of the County Borough of Limerick into dispensary districts shall be varied by the abolition of the dispensary districts specified in the Schedule hereto and the amalgamation of the areas hiltherto contained in the said dispensary districts into one dispensary district to be known as Limerick City Dispensary District.
- This Order shall come into operation on the fifth day of June. nineteen hundred and sixty one. SCHEDULE. DISPENSARY DISTRICT. Limerick Urban No.

- GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Health this Twenty-sixth day of May, Nineteen Hundred and Sixty-one. SEÁN MacENTEE, Minister for Health. EXPLANATORY NOTE. The effect of this Order is to vary the division of the Limerick Health Authority Area into dispensary districts by the amalgamation of the areas hitherto comprising the Limerick Urban Dispensary Districts, Numbers 1 to 5, into one dispensary district to be known as Limerick City Dispensary District.
