DUBLIN DISTRICT MILK BOARD (ELECTION DAY, 1961) ORDER, 1961. I, PATRICK SMITH, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection
(2)of section 11 of the Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) Act, 1936 (No. 43 of 1936), hereby order as follows (the year 1961 being, in the case of the Dublin District Milk Board, a third year such as is referred to in that subsection):
- This Order may be cited as the Dublin District Milk Board (Election Day, 1961) Order,
- The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.
- The 30th day of November, 1961, is hereby appointed to be an election day in respect of the Dublin District Milk Board. GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 5th day of July,
- PATRICK SMITH, Minister for Agriculture. EXPLANATORY NOTE. This Order appoints the day in 1961 on which ordinary members of the Dublin District Milk Board shall be elected. These elections take place every third year, the last election having been held in
