No. 193 of 1961. DUBLIN HEALTH AUTHORITY AREA (DISPENSARY DISTRICTS) ORDER, 1961. The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection

(2)of section 51 of the Health Act, 1953 (No. 26 of 1953) hereby orders as follows:—
  1. This Order may be cited as the Dublin Health Authority Area (Dispensary Districts) Order,
  2. The area described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to form part of Clondalkin Dispensary District and shall form part of the South City Dispensary District and the division of the Dublin Health Authority Area into dispensary districts shall be varied accordingly.
  3. In the schedule to this Order a reference to an existing boundary means that boundary as existing immediately before the coming into operation of this Order.
  4. This Order shall come into operation on the Second day of October, Nineteen hundred and sixty-one. SCHEDULE. Description of Area to be taken from Clondalkin Dispensary District and added to South City Dispensary District. The area bounded by a line drawn from the east gate of the 4th lock of the Grand Canal in an easterly direction along the southern boundary of the townland of Jamestown to where this boundary meets the existing common boundary of the South City and Clondalkin Dispensary Districts, thence in north easterly, north westerly, and westerly directions successively along this existing common boundary to the eastern wall of the Central Engineering Workshops of the Commissioners of Public Works in Ireland at Inchicore, thence in a southerly direction along this wall and along the imaginary southerly projection of the eastern face of the said wall to the starting point. GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Health this Eighth day of September, Nineteen Hundred and Sixty-one. SEÁN MacENTEE, Minister for Health. EXPLANATORY NOTE. The effect of this Order is to vary the division of the Dublin Health Authority Area into dispensary districts by adding portion of the Clondalkin Dispensary District to South City Dispensary District.
