(4)of section 1 of the Juries Act, 1927 (No. 23 of 1927), hereby order as follows:
  1. This Order may be cited as the Jury Districts Order (No. 2), 1927 (Variation No. 2) Order,
  3. This Order shall come into operation on the 15th day of September,
  5. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.
  6. The Jury Districts Order (No. 2), 1927 (S.R. & O., No. 86 of 1927), is hereby varied by the deletion in the Schedule of all matter from "County of Cork" to "Youghal Rural, Youghal Urban" and the substitution therefor of the matter contained in the Schedule to this Order.
