No. 234 of 1961. IMPOSITION OF DUTIES (ISINGLASS AND EDIBLE GELATINE) ORDER, 1961. I, SÉAMAS Ó RIAIN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the Imposition of Duties Act, 1957 (No. 7 of 1957), and with the consent of the Minister for Industry and Commerce, hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Imposition of Duties (Isinglass and Edible Gelatine) Order, 1961. 2. The Suspension of Duty on Isinglass and Edible Gelatine Order, 1959 ( S.I. No. 65 of 1959 ), is hereby amended by the substitution of "1st day of November, 1962" for "1st day of November, 1961" (inserted by the Imposition of Duties (Isinglass and Edible Gelatine) Order, 1960 ( S.I. No. 216 of 1960 )) in paragraph 2. GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 23rd day of October, 1961. SÉAMAS Ó RIAIN. The Minister for Industry and Commerce hereby consents to the making of the foregoing Order. GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Industry and Commerce, this 23rd day of October, 1961. JOHN LYNCH. EXPLANATORY NOTE. The effect of this Order is to extend to 31st October, 1962, the period of suspension of the Customs duty on isinglass and edible gelatine in solid form.
