(1)of section 18 of the Electoral Act, 1923 (No. 12 of 1923) as substituted by section 7 of the Electoral Act, 1960 (No. 43 of 1960) hereby orders as follows :—
- This Order may be cited as the Dáil Éireann (Sligo-Leitrim) Bye-election Order,
- The poll at the election to return a member to fill the vacancy in Dáil Éireann occasioned by the death of Stephen Flynn, a member for the county constituency of Sligo-Leitrim, shall be taken on the 1st day of March,
- GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Local Government this ninth day of February, One Thousand Nine Hundred and Sixty-one. NEIL T. BLANEY, Minister for Local Government. EXPLANATORY NOTE. This Order fixes the polling day for the bye-election in the Sligo-Leitrim constituency to elect a member to fill the vacancy in Dáil Éireann occasioned by the death of Stephen Flynn.
