CHILDERS, Minister for Transport and Power, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 23 of the Road Transport Act, 1932 (No. 2 of 1932), and the Transport, Fuel and Power (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order, 1959 ( S.I. No. 125 of 1959 ), hereby order as follows: 1.—(I) These Regulations may be cited as the Road Transport Act, 1932 , Regulations, 1961.

(2)These Regulations and the Road Transport Act, 1932 , Regulations, 1932 to 1960, may be cited together as the Road Transport Act, 1932 , Regulations, 1932 to
  2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 ((No. 38 of 1932), applies to these Regulations.
  3. The Road Transport Act, 1932 , Regulations, 1956 ( S.I. No. 118 of 1956 ), are hereby amended by the substitution in Regulation 3 of " thirty-seven per cent." for " twenty-seven per cent." (inserted by the Road Transport Act, 1932 , Regulations, 1960 ( S.I. No. 147 of 1960 )). GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 29th day of November,
