HARBOUR RATES (WATERFORD HARBOUR) ORDER, 1961. I, ERSKINE H. CHILDERS, Minister for Transport and Power, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 104 of the Harbours Act, 1946 (No. 9 of 1946), and the Transport, Fuel and Power (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order, 1959 ( S.I. No. 125 of 1959 ), and after due compliance with section 106 of the said Act, hereby order as follows: 1.—
(1)This Order may be cited as the Harbour Rates (Waterford Harbour) Order, 1961.
(2)This Order shall come into operation on the 30th day of January,
- The maximum rate to be charged by the Waterford Harbour Commissioners in respect of a vessel (other than a fishing vessel) laid up in Waterford Harbour shall be a sum not exceeding three pence in respect of each ton of the net register tonnage of the vessel for each week or part of a week during which the vessel is laid up after the expiration of twenty-one days from the first day on which the vessel is laid up.
