AmendmentsLeasuithe S.I. No. 88 of 1961. STATE GUARANTEES ACT, 1954 (AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE) (No. 2) ORDER, 1961. The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 9 of the State Guarantees Act, 1954 (No. 9 of 1954), hereby make the following order : 1.
(1)This Order may be cited as the State Guarantees Act, 1954 (Amendment of Schedule) (No. 2) Order, 1961.
(2)The collective citation the State Guarantees Act, 1954 (Amendment of Schedule) Orders, 1957 to 1961, shall include this Order. 2. The Schedule to the State Guarantees Act, 1954 (No. 9 of 1954), is hereby amended by deleting the following bodies specified in the second column : (
- a)Fuel Importers (Éire), Ltd., (
- b)Grain Importers (Éire), Ltd., (
- c)Tea Importers, Ltd., (
- d)Great Northern Railway Board, (
- e)Dundalk Engineering Works Limited (added by the State Guarantees Act, 1954 (Amendment of Schedule) Order, 1957 ( S.I. No. 256 of 1957 ) ), (
- f)Shannon Free Airport Development Company, Limited (added by the State Guarantees Act, 1954 (Amendment of Schedule) Order, 1959 ( S.I. No. 49 of 1959 ) ). GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Government, this 28th day of April, 1961. SEÁN F. LEMASS, Taoiseach. EXPLANATORY NOTE. This Order removes the six named bodies from the Schedule to the State Guarantees Act, 1954 .
