DUBLIN HEALTH AUTHORITY (LOCAL COMMITTEES) REGULATIONS, 1962 The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by paragraph (
  4. a)of subsection

(2)of section 10 of the Health Authorities Act, 1960 (No. 9 of 1960) hereby makes the following Regulations :—
  1. These Regulations may be cited as the Dublin Health Authority (Local Committees) Regulations,
  3. The services specified in the Schedule to these Regulations shall be the services as respects which the functions of the members of the Dublin Health Authority under section 27 of the County Management Act, 1940 (No. 12 of 1940), and section 2 of the City and County Management (Amendment) Act, 1955 (No. 12 of 1955), shall stand delegated to each of the local committees of the Dublin Health Authority established under section 10 of the Health Authorities Act, 1960 . SCHEDULE.
  4. Any service under section 39 of the Public Assistance Act, 1939 (No. 27 of 1939).
  5. Any service provided in accordance with arrangements made pursuant to section 104 of the Health Act, 1947 (No. 28 of 1947).
  6. Any service made available pursuant to sections 14 , 18 , 19 or 20 of the Health Act, 1953 (No. 26 of 1953).
  7. Any service for the diagnosis and treatment of tuberculosis at clinics provided in accordance with arrangements made pursuant to article 12 of the Infectious Diseases Regulations, 1948 ( S.I. No. 99 of 1948 ).
  8. Any service for vaccination against acute anterior poliomyelitis provided in accordance with arrangements made pursuant to article 23 of the Infectious Diseases Regulations,
  10. Any service for immunisation against diphtheria provided in accordance with arrangements made pursuant to article 25 of the Infectious Diseases Regulations,

EXPLANATORY NOTE These regulations provide for the delegation, as respects the services listed in the schedule, of the functions of the members of the Dublin Health Authority under Section 27 of the County Management Act, 1940 and Section 2 of the City and County Management (Amendment) Act, 1955 , to the local committees of that Health Authority.
