COUNTY KILDARE (REGISTRARS' DISTRICTS) No. 1 ORDER, 1962. I, PÁDRAIG Ó CINNÉIDE, an tArd-Chláraitheoir, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 18 of the Registration of Births and Deaths (Ireland) Act, 1863 and section 8 of the Registration of Marriages (Ireland) Act, 1863, hereby order as follows :—" 1. This Order may be cited as the County Kildare (Registrars' Districts) No. 1 Order, 1962. 2. The division of County Kildare into Registrars' Districts shall be varied as follows :— (
4. a)The townlands of Belan, Bolton, Simonstown West, Simonstown East, Glebe, Commonstown, Killelan, Newtown (in the District Electoral Division of Carrigeen), Coolrake, Collin, Hobartstown West, Hobartstown East, Grangeford, Sheriffhill, Marshalstown, Aylmerstown, Davidstown, Davidstown Demesne, Hughstown, Ballyvass, Ballynacarrick Lower, Ballynacarrick Upper, Corballis, Glowens, Carrigeen North, Carrigeen South, Carrigeenhill and Tankardstown shall be transferred from Moone Registrar's District to Castledermot Registrar's District; (
5. b)The townlands of Grangerosnolvan, Grangerosnolvan Lower and Grangerosnolvan Upper shall be transferred from Castledermot Registrar's District to Athy Registrar's District; (
6. c)The townlands of Blackditch, Nurney Bog, Nurney, Nurney Demesne, Kildoon, Mylerstown, Balkinstown, Boghall, Clarey, Gorteen Upper, Gorteen Lower and Cloneybeg shall be transferred from Fontstown Registrar's District to Monasterevan Registrar's District; (
7. d)The townlands of Ironhills, Eaglehill and Newtown shall be transferred from Fontstown Registrar's District to Kildare Registrar's District; (
8. e)The townlands of Martinstown, Crockaun, Thomastown, Moortown Castle, Crawnglass, Racefield, Ballyshannon, Ballyshannon Demesne, Carrighill Upper, Carrighill Lower, Calverstown, Calverstown Demesne, Calverstown Little, Mullaghmoyne West, Mullaghmoyne East, Whitehouse, Tippeenan Upper, Tippeenan Lower, Wevil, Davidstown, Bullhill and Blackhall shall be transferred from Fontstown Registrar's District to Kilcullen Registrar's District; (
9. f)The townlands of Brownstown Lower and Brownstown Great shall be transferred from Kilcullen Registrar's District to Kildare Registrar's District; (
10. g)The townlands of Flemingtown South or Tonaphuca, Coghlanstown West, Gaganstown, Ardinode West, Ballybought, Alliganstown, Coldwells, Whiteleas and Boleybeg shall be transferred from Kilcullen Registrar's District to Ballymore-Eustace Registrar's District; (
11. h)The townlands of Bawnoge, Tipperkevin, Morganstown, Swordlestown South, Sillagh and Donode Big and the townland of Walshestown (in the District Electoral Division of Killashee and at present forming part of the Naas Registrar's District) shall be transferred from Naas Registrar's District to Ballymore-Eustace Registrar's District. 3. This Order shall come into operation on the Tenth day of September, 1962. GIVEN under my hand at Oifig an Ard-Chláraitheora, Custom House, Dublin this 4th day of September, 1962. P. The effect of this Order is to vary the boundaries of the Castledermot, Monasterevan, Kilcullen, Kildare, Ballymore-Eustace and Naas Registrars' Districts to make the boundaries of the Districts coterminous with the boundaries of these Dispensary Districts as constituted by the County Kildare (Dispensary Districts) Order, 1962 ( S.I. No. 145 of 1962 ). The boundaries of the Registrars' Districts of Athy, Fontstown and Moone are also varied by this Order.
