No. 160 of 1962. COUNTY KILDARE (REGISTRARS' DISTRICTS) (NUMBER 2) ORDER, 1962. I, PÁDRAIG Ó CINNÉIDE, an tArd-Chláraitheoir, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 18 of the Registration of Births and Deaths (Ireland) Act 1863, and section 8 of the Registration of Marriages (Ireland) Act, 1863, hereby order as follows :— 1. This Order may be cited as The County Kildare (Registrars' Districts) (Number 2) Order, 1962. 2. The Registrars' Districts of Athy, Fontstown and Moone shall cease to exist on the date of the coming into operation of this Order. 3. The Athy Dispensary District as constituted by the County Kildare (Dispensary Districts) Order, 1962 ( S.I. No. 145 of 1962 ) shall be subdivided into two Registrars' Districts which shall be known as Athy East Registrar's District and Athy West Registrar's District. Athy East Registrar's District shall consist of the area shown on Part I of the Schedule hereto and Athy West Registrar's District shall consist of the area shown on Part II of the Schedule hereto. 4. This Order shall come into operation on the Eighth day of October, 1962. SCHEDULE PART I Description of Area to be known as Athy East Registrar's District (
  4. a)The District Electoral Division of Athy East Urban. (
  5. b)Part of the District Electoral Division of Athy Rural comprising the townlands of Ardree, Barkersford, Bray Lower, Bray Upper, Forest, Foxhill, Gallowshill, Geraldine, Russellstown, Shamrocklodge, Shanrath East, Shanrath West, Shanrath and Tullygorey and those parts of the townlands of Chanterlands, Coneyburrow, Graysland and Townparks in the said District Electoral Division. (
  6. c)The District Electoral Division of Grangemellon comprising the townlands of Ballycullane, Ballyroe, Dollardstown, Grangemellon, Heath, Leinster Lodge, Levitstown, Nicholastown, Rosetown, Snugburrow and Turnerstown. (
  7. d)The District Electoral Division of Burtown comprising the townlands of Aghanure, Ardscull, Ballindrum, Burtown Big, Burtown Little, Inch, Irishtown and Glassely. (
  8. e)The townland of Lynamsgarden in the District Electoral Division of Fontstown. (
  9. f)Part of the District Electoral Division of Kilkea comprising the townlands of Grangerosnolvan, Grangerosnolvan Lower, and Grangerosnolvan Upper. (
  10. g)The District Electoral Division of Ballitore comprising the townlands of Ballitore, Crookstown Upper, Crookstown East, Moyleabbey, Portersize, Spratstown and Timolin. (

PART II Description of Area to be known as Athy West Registrars' District (
