AmendmentsLeasuithe I, PATRICK SMITH, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 7 of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) (Amendment) Act, 1958 (No. 24 of 1958), and with the consent of the Minister for Finance hereby order as follows : 1. This Order may be cited as the An Bord Gráin (Assignment of Additional Function) (No. 4) Order, 1962. 2. There is hereby assigned to An Bord Gráin the function of paying, to each grower of home-grown unmillable wheat harvested in the year, 1962, who sold such wheat, a bonus at the rate of 12s. 6d. per barrel of 20 stones over and above the price received. 3. The amount of any payments made pursuant to Article 2 of this Order and of any expenses incurred by or on behalf of An Bord Gráin in relation to such payments shall be paid out of the Grain Fund. GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 16th day of November, 1962. PATRICK SMITH, Minister for Agriculture. The Minister for Finance hereby consents to the making of the foregoing order.
