I, JOHN LYNCH, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1961 (No. 47 of 1961), hereby order as follows :— 1. This Order may be cited as the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1961 (Commencement) Order, 1962. 2. The 22nd day of January, 1962, is hereby appointed as the day on which the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1961 (No. 47 of 1961), shall come into operation. GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 12th day of January, 1962. JOHN LYNCH, Minister for Industry and Commerce. EXPLANATORY NOTE.
