AmendmentsLeasuithe I, PATRICK SMITH, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 7 of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) (Amendment) Act, 1958 (No. 24 of 1958), and with the consent of the Minister for Finance hereby order as follows : 1. This Order may be cited as the An Bord Gráin (Assignment of Additional Function) (No. 5) Order, 1962. 2. There is hereby assigned to An Bord Gráin the function of reimbursing exporters of home-grown feed barley, harvested in the year 1962, losses arising out of their exports of such barley. 3. The amount of any payments made pursuant to Article 2 of this Order and of any expenses incurred by or on behalf of An Bord Gráin in relation to such payments shall be paid out of the Grain Fund.
