IMPOSITION OF DUTIES (INLAID LINOLEUM) ORDER, 1962. I, SÉAMAS Ó RIAIN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the Imposition of Duties Act, 1957 (No. 7 of 1957), and with the consent of the Minister for Industry and Commerce, hereby order as follows : 1. This Order may be cited as the Imposition of Duties (Inlaid Linoleum) Order, 1962. 2. The duty of customs imposed by paragraph 3 of and mentioned at reference number 32 in the First Schedule to the Imposition of Duties (No. 28) (Special Import Levies and Miscellaneous Customs Duties) Order, 1958 ( S.I. No. 92 of 1958 ), shall not, as respects articles imported on or after the 1st day of June, 1962, and before the 1st day of June, 1963, be charged or levied on inlaid linoleum which is not less than two and one-half millimetres in thickness. GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 28th day of May, 1962. SÉAMAS Ó RIAIN. The Minister for Industry and Commerce hereby consents to the making of the foregoing Order. The effect of the above Order is to suspend the Customs duty on inlaid linoleum of not less than 2.5 millimetres in thickness, which is imported before 1st June, 1963.
