CONTROL OF IMPORTS (QUOTA No. 2) (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1963. The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 of the Control of Imports Act, 1934 (No. 12 of 1934), and section 3 of the Control of Imports (Amendment) Act, 1963 (No. 13 of 1963), hereby order as follows : 1. This Order may be cited as the Control of Imports (Quota No. 2) (Amendment) Order, 1963. 2. This Order shall come into operation on the 5th day of July, 1963. 3. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order. 4. The prohibition on the importation of certain pneumatic tyres effected by paragraph 5 of the Control of Imports (Quota No. 2) Order, 1934 ( S. R. & O. No. 231 of 1934 ), shall not extend or apply to goods which are shown to the satisfaction of the Revenue Commissioners to have been manufactured or produced in a country mentioned in the Schedule to this Order.
