(1)of "or tractor vaporising oil". 4. The following regulation is hereby substituted for Regulation 9 of the said Oil Heaters Regulations, 1963, namely: "9. An oil heater which is designed to stand on a floor shall be such that if the heater, when alight, is overturned so that it falls forward, backwards or sideways so as to rest on the floor, any fuel escaping from the heater either will not be ignited, or, in the first fifteen seconds after the heater is overturned, will not exceed— (
- a)in the case of a wick type heater having a circular wick, a quantity in millilitres equal to fifty-five times the mean diameter of the inner and outer wick tubes in inches, and (
