UNDEVELOPED AREAS ACT, 1952 (SECTION 3) ORDER, 1963. I, JOHN LYNCH, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection
(1)of section 3 of the Undeveloped Areas Act, 1952 (No. 1 of 1952), hereby order as follows :
- This Order may be cited as the Undeveloped Areas Act, 1952 (Section 3) Order,
- The Undeveloped Areas Act, 1952 (No. 1 of 1952) shall apply to the area comprising the townlands of Tullingmacthomas, Ahaveheen, Ahadagh, Callahow, Shesive, Clonlara, Mondellihy, Gardenfield West, Gardenfield East, Gardenfield South, Ballymongaun,, Highmount, Coolnaknockane, Cloncrew, Coolaboy, Kells, Woodfield, Gorteen, Carroward East and Carroward West, in the barony of Connello Upper and County of Limerick. GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 3rd day of April,

The effect of this Order is that the area of application of the Undeveloped Areas Act, 1952 is extended to the townlands listed above, which include the town of Drumcolliher, Co. Limerick.
