COUNTY CLARE (REGISTRARS' DISTRICTS) ORDER, 1963. I, PÁDRAIG Ó CINNÉIDE, an tArd-Chláraitheoir, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 18 of the Registration of Births and Deaths (Ireland) Act, 1863 and section 8 of the Registration of Marriages (Ireland) Act, 1863, hereby order as follows :— 1. This Order may be cited as the County Clare (Registrars' Districts) Order, 1963. 2. The division of County Clare into Registrars' Districts shall be varied by the transfer of the townlands of Ballygastell, Ballydonohoe, Ballyhenna, Ballyinsheen Beg, Ballyinsheen More, Ballyneillan, Ballyteige, Cahercloggaun, Gowlaun, Knockaunvickteera, Lisdoonvarna, Rathbaun and Rooska comprising the District. Electoral Division of Lisdoonvarna, from Ballyvaghan Registrar's District to Roadford Registrar's District. 3. This Order shall come into operation on the 27th day of May, 1963. GIVEN under my hand at Oifig an Ard-Chláraitheora, Custom House, Dublin, this 24th day of May, 1963. P. Ó CINNÉIDE, Ard-Chlaraitheoir. The Minister for Health approves of the above Order. The effect of this Order is to vary the boundaries of the Registrars' Districts in the County of Clare by the transfer of the District Electoral Division of Lisdoonvarna from Ballyvaghan Registrars' District to Roadford Registrar's District.
