BROADCASTING AUTHORITY (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1964 AN ACT TO INCREASE THE LIMIT ON THE ADVANCES FOR CAPITAL PURPOSES WHICH MAY BE MADE TO RADIO ÉIREANN. [3rd March, 1964.] BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:— Increase of limit on advances. 1.—Paragraph (

(2)of section 23 of the Broadcasting Authority Act, 1960 , is hereby amended by the substitution of “three million pounds” for “two million pounds”. Short title and collective citation. 2.—
(1)This Act may be cited as the Broadcasting Authority (Amendment) Act, 1964.
