I, SÉAMAS Ó RIAIN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection
(1)of section 4 of the Superannuation and Pensions Act, 1963 (No. 24 of 1963), hereby make the following regulations :
- These Regulations may be cited as the Superannuation (Designation of Approved Organisations) Regulations,
- The organisations set out in the Schedule to these Regulations are hereby designated as approved organisations for the purposes of section 4 of the Superannuation and Pensions Act, 1963 . SCHEDULE. - SÉAMAS Ó RIAIN, Minister for Finance. EXPLANATORY NOTE. Section 4 of the Superannuation and Pensions Act, 1963 , provides for the transfer of pensionable service in the ease of staff transfers between the Civil Service and " approved organisations " and between one " approved organisation " and another. These regulations designate the five organisations set out in the Schedule as " approved organisations ".
