No. 234 of 1964. VOCATIONAL EDUCATION (CONTRACTS) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1964. I, PATRICK J. HILLERY, Minister for Education, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection

(1)of section 125 of the Vocational Education Act, 1930 (No. 29 of 1930), hereby make the following regulations : 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Vocational Education (Contracts) (Amendment) Regulations, 1964. 2. These Regulations shall have effect as respects contracts entered into by vocational education committees on or after the 2nd day of November, 1964. 3. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to these Regulations. 4. The Vocational Education (Contracts) Regulations, 1931 (S. R. & O., No. 36 of 1931), are hereby amended by :— (
  1. a)the substitution of " seventy pounds " for " twenty pounds " in Regulation 4, (
  2. b)the substitution of one hundred and seventy-five pounds " for " fifty pounds " in Regulation 6, and (
  3. c)the substitution of " three hundred and fifty pounds " for " one hundred pounds " in Regulation 7. GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 23rd day of September, 1964. PATRICK J.
