I, PATRICK SMITH, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection
(2)of section 2 of the Dairy Produce Marketing Act, 1961 (No. 1 of 1961), hereby make the following regulations : 1.
(1)These Regulations may be cited as the Milk Products Regulations, 1964.
(2)These Regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of March,
- It is hereby declared that the substances specified in the Schedule to these Regulations shall be milk products for the purposes of the Dairy Produce Marketing Act, 1961 . SCHEDULE. Butter-oil (anhydrous), including any article containing not less than 99.3% of butterfat by weight and not more than 0.5% of water by weight. GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 14th day of February,
