CORK AIRPORT (PARKING FEES) BYE-LAWS, 1964. I, ERSKINE H. CHILDERS, Minister for Transport and Power, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection

(3)of section 16 of the Air Navigation and Transport Act, 1950 (No. 4 of 1950), and the Transport, Fuel and Power (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order, 1959 ( S.I. No. 125 of 1959 ), hereby make the following bye-laws :
  1. These Bye-laws may be cited as the Cork Airport (Parking Fees) Bye-laws,
  3. These Bye-laws shall come into operation on the 12th day of October,
  5. The fees set out in the Schedule to these Bye-laws shall be charged for the parking of vehicles in Cork Airport.
  6. The Cork Airport (Parking Fees) Bye-laws 1962 ( S.I. No. 123 of 1962 ), are hereby revoked. SCHEDULE Type of Vehicle Rate of Fee Motor Cars 1.s 0d. for a period not exceeding two hours. 1s. 6d. for a period exceeding two hours but not exceeding 4 hours. 2s. 0d. for a period exceeding 4 hours but not exceeding 8 hours. 2s. 6d. for a period exceeding 8 hours but not exceeding 24 hours, and 2s. 6d. for each subsequent period of 24 hours. Motor Cycles 0s. 6d. for a period not exceeding two hours. 0s. 9d. for a period exceeding two hours but not exceeding 4 hours.
  7. 0d. for a period exceeding 4 hours but not exceeding 8 hours. 1s. 3d. for a period exceeding 8 hours but not exceeding 24 hours, and 1s. 3d for each subsequent period of 24 hours. GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 5th day of October,
