COMPANIES (FEES) ORDER. 1964, I, JOHN LYNCH, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 103 , 112 and 169 of the Companies Act, 1963 (No. 33 of 1963), hereby order as follows:— 1. This Order may be cited as the Companies (Fees) Order, 1964. 2. In this Order "the Act" means the Companies Act, 1963 . 3. The following fees are hereby prescribed for the purposes of section 103 of the Act: For registering a charge required to be registered under Part IV (excluding section 112) of the Act: £ s. d. Where the amount of the charge does not exceed £200 10 0 Where it exceeds £200 1 0 0 For registering particulars of a series of debentures under Part IV of the Act : Where the total amount secured by the whole series does not exceed £200 10 0 Where it exceeds £200 1 0 0 For registering particulars of charges under section 112 of the Act 5 0 For inspecting the register of charges— for each inspection 1 0 4. The fee for furnishing a copy of a report in accordance with section 169 of the Act shall be £2 per copy. 5. The Order, S.R. & O., 1909, No. 326/L. 13, made on the 29th day of March, 1909, by the Board of Trade, is hereby revoked. GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 2nd day of March, 1964.
