COUNTY KERRY (REGISTRARS' DISTRICTS) ORDER, 1964. I, Pádraig Ó Cinnéide, An tArd-Chláraitheoir, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 18 of the Registration of Births and Deaths (Ireland) Act, 1863, and Section 8 of the Registration of Marriages (Ireland) Act, 1863, hereby order as follows:— 1. This Order may be cited as the County Kerry (Registrars' Districts) Order, 1964. 2. The division of County Kerry into Registrars' Districts shall be varied by the abolition of Kilgobban Registrar's District and the addition of the area heretofore comprising the said Kilgobban Registrar's District and described in the Schedule hereto, to Awenascale (Anascaul) Registrar's District. 3. This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of April, 1964. SCHEDULE. Area to be added to Awenascale (Anascaul) Registrar's District (
- a)The townlands of Beheenagh, Cappaclogh East, Cappaclogh West, Commons, Cool, Curracullenagh, Curraduff, Doonore North, Doonore South, Foilatrisnig, Glandine, Glanmore, Glannagalt, Kilteenbane, Maumnahaltora, Mountoven, Scrallaghbeg, Slieve East and Slieve West comprising the District Electoral Division of Kilgobban. (
- b)The townlands of Ballinknockane, Ballygarret, Camp, Garrahies, Killelton, Knockglass Beg, Knockglass More and Tonakilly comprising the District Electoral Division of Knockglass. GIVEN under my hand at Oifig an Ard-Chláraitheora, Custom House, Dublin, this 24th day of March, 1964. P. Ó CINNÉIDE, Ard-Chláraitheoir. The Minister for Health approves of the above Order. The effect of this Order is to abolish the Kilgobban Registrar's District and to add the area heretofore comprising the Kilgobban Registrar's District to the Awenascale (Anascaul) Registrar's District to make the boundaries of the Awenascale (Anascaul) Registrar's District, thus enlarged, co-terminous with the boundaries of the Awenascale (Anascaul) Dispensary District as constituted by the County Kerry (Dispensary Districts) (No. 2) Order, 1961 ( S.I. No. 281 of 1961 ).
