DAIRY PRODUCE MARKETING ACT, 1961 (BUTTER LEVY) ORDER, 1964. AN BORD BAINNE (hereinafter called "the Board"), in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 37 of the Dairy Produce Marketing Act, 1961 (No. 1 of 1961), hereby orders as follows:— 1. This order may be cited as the Dairy Produce Marketing Act, 1961 (Butter Levy) Order, 1964. 2. The rate of butter levy shall be 9s. 8d. per cwt. 3. The said rate of butter levy shall come into operation on the 1st day of April, 1964. GIVEN under the Seal of the Board this 24th day of March, 1964. P. J. POWER, Chairman of the Board. JOSEPH C. This Order fixes 9s. 8d. per cwt. as the rate of levy payable to An Bord Bainne by every registered proprietor of a Creamery on all creamery butter delivered on sale or manufactured for some other person by the proprietor on and after the 1st April, 1964.
