Bord na gCon, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 48 of the Greyhound Industry Act, 1958 (No. 12 of 1958), and also by subsection

(3)of Section 5 of the said Act, hereby makes the following regulations, that is to say :—
  1. These regulations may be cited as the Greyhound Race Track (Admission Charges) Regulations,

The maximum charges to be made for admitting persons to greyhound race tracks licensed under the Act, where such persons are not bookmakers carrying on the business, shall be as follows :— Greyhound Race Track at : Licensee : Maximum Admission Charge per Person : An Uaimh Boyne Valley Greyhound Racing Co. Ltd. 3/6d. Clones Kevin B. Drayne, trading as Clones Greyhound Racing Co. 3/6d. Clonmel Clonmel Greyhound Racing Co. Ltd. 3/6d. Cork Cork Greyhound Race Co. Ltd. 3/6d. Droichead Nua Newbridge Greyhound Racing Co. Ltd. 3/6d. Dundalk Dundealgan Greyhound Racing Co. Ltd. 3/6d. Enniscorthy Enniscorthy Greyhound Racing Co. Ltd. 3/6d. Galway Galway Greyhound Racing Co.   4. The maximum charge for race cards to be made at the greyhound race tracks listed in Article 2 above shall be 1/-(one shilling) for each race card.
  5. These regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of May,
