(2)of section 7 of the Air Navigation and Transport Act, 1959 (No. 1 of 1959), hereby order as follows :
  1. This Order may be cited as the Hague Protocol to the Warsaw Convention (High Contracting Parties) Order,
  2. In this Order " the Hague Protocol " means the Protocol (signed at the Hague on the 28th day of September, 1955) to amend the Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules Relating to International Carriage by Air which was signed at Warsaw on the 12th day of October,
  3. It is hereby certified that the states specified in the first column of the Schedule to this Order are the High Contracting Parties to the Hague Protocol and each such state is a High Contracting Party in respect of the territories specified in the second column of that Schedule opposite the mention of such state.
