DAIRY PRODUCE MARKETING ACT, 1961 (BUTTER LEVY) ORDER, 1966. AN BORD BAINNE (hereinafter called " the Board "), in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 37 of the Dairy Produce Marketing Act, 1961 (No. 1 of 1961), hereby orders as follows : 1. This order may be cited as the Dairy Produce Marketing Act, 1961 (Butter Levy) Order, 1966. 2. The Dairy Produce Marketing Act, 1961 (Butter Levy) Order, 1964 ( S.I. No. 63 of 1964 ) is hereby revoked as on and from the 4th day of June, 1966. 3. The rate of butter levy payable to the Board shall be as follows : (
4. i)37s. 8d. per cwt. on creamery butter delivered on sale (other than to the Board) by every registered proprietor of a creamery, or manufactured for some other person by the proprietor, and (
5. ii)9s. 8d. per cwt. on creamery butter sold by every registered proprietor of a creamery to the Board. 4. The said rates of butter levy shall come into operation on the 4th day of June, 1966. This Order fixes 37s. 8d. per cwt. as the rate of levy payable to An Bord Bainne by every registered proprietor of a creamery on all creamery butter delivered on sale other than to An Bord Bainne by the registered proprietor of a creamery, or manufactured for some other person by the proprietor on and after the 4th day of June, 1966. This Order also fixes 9s. 8d. per cwt. as the rate of levy payable to An Bord Bainne by every registered proprietor of a creamery on all creamery butter sold by the registered proprietor of a creamery to An Bord Bainne on and after the 4th day of June, 1966.
