MAXIMUM PRICES (INTOXICATING LIQUOR AND NON-ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES) (No. 2) ORDER, 1966. I, PÁDRAIG Ó h-IRIGHILE, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 20 of the Prices Act, 1958 (No. 4 of 1958), hereby order as follows : 1. This Order may be cited as the Maximum Prices (Intoxicating Liquor and Non-alcoholic Beverages) (No. 2) Order, 1966. 2. This Order shall come into operation on the 22nd day of June, 1966. 3. The Maximum Prices (Intoxicating Liquor and Non-alcoholic Beverages) Order, 1966 ( S.I. No. 131 of 1966 ), is hereby amended by the insertion in the second column of the Schedule at reference numbers 11 and 12 of : " 1d. per pint when sold by the pint in bottle ½d. per half pint when sold by the half pint in bottle ". This Order amends the Maximum Prices (Intoxicating Liquor and Non-alcoholic Beverages) Order, 1966 to provide for an increase of 1d. per pint and ½d. per half pint in the retail prices of certain stout when sold in bottle.
