FEEDING STUFFS (RESTRICTION OF EXPORT) ORDER, 1966. I, CHARLES J. HAUGHEY, Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 24 of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1938 (No. 16 of 1938), as adapted by the Agriculture (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1965 (No. 146 of 1965), hereby order as follows : 1. This Order may be cited as the Feeding Stuffs (Restriction of Export) Order, 1966. 2. The Feeding Stuffs (Restriction of Export) Orders, 1953 to 1957, and this Order may be cited together as the Feeding Stuffs (Restriction of Export) Orders, 1953 to 1966. 3. This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of July, 1966. 4. In this Order "the United Kingdom" means Great Britain, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. 5. Paragraphs 2 and 3 of the Schedule to the Feeding Stuffs (Restriction of Export) Order, 1953 ( S.I. No. 233 of 1953 ), inserted by the Feeding Stuffs (Restriction of Export) Order, 1957 ( S.I. No. 178 of 1957 ), shall, as respects the export to the United Kingdom of any articles specified therein, cease to have effect. GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 21st day of June, 1966. CHARLES J. HAUGHEY, Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries. EXPLANATORY NOTE. The Order has the effect of removing control on the export to the United Kingdom of beet pulp and certain animal feed mixtures.
