AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS (RESTRICTION OF EXPORT) ORDER, 1953 (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1966. I, CHARLES J. HAUGHEY, Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Agricultural and Fishery Products (Regulation of Export) Act, 1947 (No. 18 of 1947), as adapted by the Agriculture (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1965 ( S.I. No. 146 of 1965 ), hereby order as follows :— 1.—
(1)This Order may be cited as the Agricultural Products (Restriction of Export) Order, 1953 (Amendment) Order, 1966.
(2)This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of July, 1966. 2. Part I of the Schedule to the Agricultural Products (Restriction of Export) Order, 1953 ( S.I. No. 234 of 1953 ), is hereby amended— (
- a)by the deletion of " rye " in paragraph 2 ; and (
- b)by the deletion of paragraph 5. GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 22nd day of June, 1966. CHARLES J. HAUGHEY, Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries. EXPLANATORY NOTE The effect of this Order is to remove export licensing control on rye and bulbs and corms of flowering plants.
