QUINN, Commissioner of the Garda Siochána, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 89

(3)of the Road Traffic Act, 1961 (No. 24 of 1961), and with the consent of the Minister for Local Government, hereby make the following Temporary Rules in respect of the area comprising the county borough of Dublin and the borough of Dún Laoghaire :
  1. These Rules may be cited as the Dublin and Dún Laoghaire Traffic (One-way Streets) (Amendment) (No. 2) Temporary Rules,
  3. These rules shall come into operation on 16th day of August,
  5. In these rules the " Principal Rules " means the Dublin and Dún Laoghaire Traffic (One-way Streets) Temporary Rules, 1966 ( S.I. No. 51 of 1966 ) as amended by the Dublin and Dún Laoghaire Traffic (One-way Streets) (Amendment) Temporary Rules, 1966 ( S.I. No. 104 of 1966 ).
  6. Part I and II of the First Schedule to the Principal Rules are hereby amended by the addition thereto of the matter contained in the First Schedule of these rules.
  7. Part I of the First Schedule to the Principal Rules is hereby amended by the deletion therefrom of the matter contained in columns
(1),
(2)and
(3)at reference numbers 56 and
