I, SEOIRSE Ó COLLA, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 22A of the Prices Act, 1958 (No. 4 of 1958), as amended by the Prices (Amendment) Act, 1965 (No. 23 of 1965), hereby order as follows : 1. This Order may be cited as the Maximum Prices (Flour) Order, 1966. 2. This Order shall come into operation on the 13th day of December, 1966. 3. The maximum price at which wheaten flour, wheaten meal or wheaten grain offals may be sold in any circumstances shall be the price at which such flour, meal or grain offals, as the case may be, was sold in the same or similar circumstances immediately before the 1st day of September, 1966. This Order fixes the maximum prices of wheaten flour, wheaten meal and wheaten grain offals at the levels which obtained immediately before 1st September, 1966.
