AmendmentsLeasuithe S.I. No. 269 of 1966. FLUORIDATION OF WATER SUPPLIES (KILKENNY) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1966. The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 2 and 4 of the Health (Fluoridation of Water Supplies) Act, 1960 (No. 46 of 1960) and having complied with subsection
(4)of section 2 of that Act and having consulted with the Minister for Local Government, hereby makes the following Regulations :—
- These Regulations may be cited as the Fluoridation of Water Supplies (Kilkenny) (Amendment) Regulations,
- The Fluoridation of Water Supplies (Kilkenny) Regulations, 1965 ( S.I. No. 93 of 1965 ) are hereby amended as follows :— (a) by the substitution of " 10 " for " 7 " in sub-article
(2)of article 4, (b) by the addition to the First Schedule of the following paragraphs :— " 8 The Bennettsbridge Regional piped water supply.
- The Piltown and Fiddown piped water supply.
- The Thomastown piped water supply." GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Health this 19th day of December,

These Regulations require Kilkenny County Council to arrange for the fluoridation of the Bennettsbridge Regional, Piltown and Fiddown, and Thomastown public piped water supplies, in addition to the public piped water supplies specified in the original Regulations.
