No. 34 of 1966. IMPOSITION OF DUTIES (No. 151) (AGRICULTURAL MACHINERY) ORDER, 1966. The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 1 of the Imposition of Duties Act, 1957 (No. 7 of 1957), and section 22 of the Finance Act, 1962 (No. 15 of 1962), hereby order as follows :— 1. This Order may be cited as the Imposition of Duties (No. 151) (Agricultural Machinery) Order, 1966. 2. This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of March, 1966. 3. In this Order " the Principal Order " means the Imposition of Duties (No. 128) (Customs Duties and Form of Customs Tariff) Order, 1962 ( S.I. No. 163 of 1962 ). 4. The duty of customs imposed by paragraph 5 of and mentioned at tariff heading number 84.24 (A) in the Schedule to the Principal Order is hereby varied by— (
  4. a)the deletion of the matter in the second, third, fourth and fifth columns of that Schedule at that tariff heading number, (
  5. b)the substitution for the matter in the first column of that Schedule at that tariff heading number of the following : " Machines for mounting at the rear of, or for haulage in operation by, a mechanically propelled vehicle :

(1)Single-furrow ploughs, two-furrow ploughs and three-furrow ploughs (excluding disc ploughs and reversible ploughs)
(2)Disc harrows (excluding disc harrows for mounting on a mechanically propelled vehicle)
(3)Tool bar frames ; tool bar frames fitted with ridging plough bodies, cultivator tines or drill cleaner discs
(4)Broadcast spreaders of the spinner type, of a hopper capacity not exceeding 20 cubic feet, for spreading seeds or fertilisers
(5)Manure spreaders and fertiliser distributors other than those specified at subheading
(4)of this heading
(6)Other ", (c) the insertion in the second, third, fourth and fifth columns of that Schedule at tariff heading numbers 84. 24 (A)
