AmendmentsLeasuithe S.I. No. 113 of 1967. ROAD TRAFFIC (LICENSING OF DRIVERS) (AMENDMENT) (No. 2) REGULATIONS, 1967. The Minister for Local Government in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 5 and 42 of the Road Taffic Act, 1961 (No. 24 of 1961) hereby makes the following Regulations:— 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic (Licensing of Drivers) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 1967. 2. These Regulations shall be included in the expression " the Road Traffic (Licensing of Drivers) Regulations, 1964 to 1967 ". 3. Article 38 of the Road Traffic (Licencing of Drivers) Regulations, 1964 ( S.I. No. 29 of 1964 ) is hereby revoked. These Regulations amend the Road Traffic (Licensing of Drivers) Regulations, 1964 so as to provide that the fee prescribed in these Regulations as payable on application for a certificate of fitness shall no longer be payable.
