LOCAL GOVERNMENT (PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT) ACT, 1963, (COPIES OF DEVELOPMENT PLANS) REGULATIONS, 1967. The Minister for Local Government in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 10 and 19 of the Local Government (Planning and Development) Act, 1963 , (No. 28 of 1963) hereby makes the following Regulations:— 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Local Government (Planning and Development) Act, 1963 , (Copies of Development Plans) Regulations, 1967. 2. A planning authority shall make available for purchase by the public printed copies of the development plan and extracts therefrom. 3. Where application is made to a planning authority by a member of the public for a printed copy of a development plan or of an extract therefrom the copy shall be issued to the applicant on payment by him to the planning authority of such fee as they may fix not exceeding the reasonable cost of making the copy.
