AmendmentsLeasuithe S.I. No. 265 of 1967. IMPOSITION OF DUTIES (MISCELLANEOUS SUSPENSIONS) (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1967. I, CHARLES J, HAUGHEY, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the Imposition of Duties Act, 1957 (No. 7 of 1957), and with the consent of the Minister for Industry and Commerce, hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the imposition of Duties (Miscellaneous Suspensions) (Amendment) Order, 1967. 2. This Order shall come into operation on the 6th day of December, 1967. 3. The Imposition of Duties (Miscellaneous Suspensions) Order, 1966 ( S.I. No. 153 of 1966 ), is hereby amended by— (
- a)the deletion from paragraph 4
(1)of "69.10(A),", and (b) the insertion after paragraph 4
(2)of the following: "
(3)The duties of customs imposed by paragraph 5 and mentioned at tariff heading number 69.10(A) in the Schedule shall not be charged or levied on sinks or urinals." GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 29th day of November,
