BLANEY, Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 3 and 30 of the Diseases of Animals Act, 1966 (No. 6 of 1966), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Foot and Mouth Disease (Restriction of Import of Vehicles, Machinery and other Equipment) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order, 1967. 2. Article 3 of the Foot and Mouth Disease (Restriction of Import of Vehicles, Machinery and other Equipment) Order, 1967 ( S.I. No. 243 of 1967 ), as amended by the Foot and Mouth Disease (Restriction of Import of Vehicles, Machinery and other Equipment) (Amendment) Order, 1967 ( S.I. No. 252 of 1967 ), shall be construed and have effect as if, "otherwise than from Northern Ireland," were inserted after "The importation". This Order provides that the Foot and Mouth Disease (Restriction of Import of Vehicles, Machinery and other Equipment) Order, 1967 and that Foot and Mouth Disease (Restriction of Import of Vehicles, Machinery and other Equipment) (Amendment) Order, 1967, shall not apply to importation from Northern Ireland.
