No. 269 of 1967. RESTRICTION OF IMPORTS (ORIGIN OF FERTILISERS) REGULATIONS, 1967. I, NEIL T. BLANEY, Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Article 3 of the Restriction of Imports (Fertilisers from East Germany) Order, 1967 ( S.I. No. 254 of 1967 ), hereby make the following regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Restriction of Imports (Origin of Fertilisers) Regulations, 1967. 2. It shall be determined for the purposes of the Restriction of Imports (Fertilisers from East Germany) Order, 1967 ( S.I. No. 254 of 1967 ), that fertiliser was manufactured or produced in East Germany unless it is shown to the satisfaction of the Revenue Commissioners that no part of the process of manufacture or production of the fertiliser was carried out in East Germany.
