AmendmentsLeasuithe S.I. No. 280 of 1967. HOME-GROWN WHEAT (NATIONAL PERCENTAGE FOR CEREAL YEAR 1968-69) ORDER, 1967. I, NEIL T. BLANEY, Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection
(1)of section 6 of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1935 (No. 26 of 1935), as adapted by the Agriculture (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1965 ( S.I. No. 146 of 1965 ), hereby order as follows:
- This Order may be cited as the Home-Grown Wheat (National Percentage for Cereal Year 1968-69) Order,
- The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.
- For the purposes of section 6 of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1935 , the percentage in respect of the cereal year commencing on the 1st day of September, 1968, shall be seventy-five per cent. GIVEN under my Official Seal this 11th day of December,
- NEIL T. BLANEY, Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries. EXPLANATORY NOTE. The Order requires licensed millers to mill 75 per cent of their milling quotas in the form of home-grown wheat during the cereal year ending 31st August,
