MAXIMUM PRICES (INTOXICATING LIQUOR AND NON-ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES) (No. 3) ORDER, 1967. I, SEOIRSE Ó COLLA, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 20 of the Prices Act, 1958 (No. 4 of 1958), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Maximum Prices (Intoxicating Liquor and Non-alcoholic Beverages) (No. 3) Order, 1967. 2. This Order shall come into operation on the 21st day of December, 1967. 3. The Maximum Prices (Intoxicating Liquor and Non-alcoholic Beverages) Order, 1965 ( S.I. No. 233 of 1965 ), shall not apply or have effect in relation to— (
4. a)intoxicating liquor of any kind, or (
5. b)a non-alcoholic beverage of any kind, which is imported into the State. GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 20th day of December, 1967. SEOIRSE Ó COLLA, Minister for Industry and Commerce. EXPLANATORY NOTE. This Order amends the Maximum Prices (Intoxicating Liquor and Non-alcoholic Beverages) Order, 1965, to exclude all imported intoxicating liquor and non-alcoholic beverages from the scope of the Order.
