PORTAL INSPECTION ORDER, 1924 (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1967. I, NEIL T. BLANEY, Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 3 , 10 and 29 of the Diseases of Animals Act, 1966 (No. 6 of 1966), hereby order as follows :— 1. This Order may be cited as the Portal Inspection Order, 1924 (Amendment) Order, 1967. 2. The Portal Inspection Order, 1924, shall have effect as if the ports and the places of inspection specified in the Schedule to this Order were included in the appropriate places in the First Schedule to the said Order of 1924. SCHEDULE Ports Places of Inspection Wicklow The enclosed concrete yard, belonging to Frans Buitelaar Limited, situated at South Quay, Wicklow, and bounded on the south side by Castle Street and Quarantine Hill and on the west side by Lower Quay Lane. New Ross The enclosed concrete yard belonging to New Ross Livestock Sales Company Limited, at Rosbercon having entrances and exits on to the main road and railway station. This Order provides that the inspection of animals for exportation from the ports of Wicklow and New Ross shall be made only in the places described in the Schedule, respectively.
