I, SEOIRSE ÓCOLLA, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 20 of the Prices Act, 1958 (No. 4 of 1958), hereby order as follows:— 1. This Order may be cited as the Maximum Prices (Intoxicating Liquor and Non-alcoholic Beverages) Order, 1967. 2. This Order shall come into operation on the 27th day of April, 1967. 3. The Maximum Prices (Intoxicating Liquor and Non-alcoholic Beverages) Order, 1965 ( S.I. No. 233 of 1965 ), is hereby amended by the substitution in paragraph 3 of "1st day of April, 1967" for "1st day of May, 1965" in each place where it occurs. This Order amends the Maximum Prices (Intoxicating Liquor and Non-alcoholic Beverages) Order, 1965, to fix the retail prices of intoxicating liquor and soft drinks at the levels which obtained prior to the Budget in April, 1967, and to provide for the addition to pre-Budget retail prices for beer of the amount of duty imposed by the Budget.
